wlan: Clear roam profile on ASSOC failure. Clearing roam profile for roamStatus other than 'eCSR_ROAM_ASSOCIATION_FAILURE', results in sme to fail reconnect the same AP with the previous profile. since HDD cleared roam profile. Change-Id: I32a50dd46194db2daa5c2c83f37582079c975f47 CRs-Fixed: 684513
