wlan: hdd: disable PNO at thermal mitigation lvl 4 At thermal mitigation level 4 we are supposed to disconnect from connected AP in infra mode. But after disconnection, driver receive PNO indication. When we enable PNO we will try connection to saved profile which is leading to connection to AP. Adding a check to disable PNO at TM lvl 4.
