prima: set HOTSPOT feature when getting supported features This change ensures that wlan_hdd_cfg80211_get_supported_features now sets the HOTSPOT feature as supported. Change-Id: I7022cd12117ff63c35c4afe35fc55aabe7b84eca CRs-Fixed: 812434
