msm8974: Add QC BSP amd AV Enhancement flag in Product file - Add QC BSP flag and AV enhancement flag in Product file and remove them from Board config file - This flag is set in Board Config file and used in Product config file. But Product file is called before Board file. so when this check is made in Product config file this will always be false. Change-Id: Ia801825ac53f711a48900797d95bcb70f14b37e3
