msm8226: BoardConfig: Support adding of NON-HLOS FW files in OTA update The ADD_RADIO_FILES variable is made true in order to support update of NON-HLOS firmware files. Now the firmware files in radio/ directory will be included in OTA update package if exist. Change-Id: I36c1956854491b5bd692ef07157b791a23d1f6df
