hal: update the vifeedback pcm device id Due to changes in machine driver pcm device id has changed, which causes the failure during the pcm_open. Fix by updating the pcm device_id for vifeedback usecase. Change-Id: I47a035f59ccaefe296ecd721d08670a6ffc57363
