target: msm8916: enable the dsi2HDMI bridge chip Add support for programming the DSI to HDMI bridge chip which enables the chip to convert the DSI input to HDMI output. It enables support for the HDMI panels over DSI interface. Change-Id: I06c115fa85d7dbab0f9956f58f64ca9605e26594
