target: msm8909: update the DSI PLL enable sequence for 8909 Update the DSI PLL enable sequence for msm8909 as per the recommended settings from the systems team. The new sequence is more reliable for the DSI PLL to lock during boot up. Change-Id: I5680387468397b0a047077f9a470f90b72616e1a
