platform: msm_shared: Reset vendor specific register during init Vendor specific register is not reset during the soft reset of the controller. If the previous stage bootloaders leave the value to unknown state there could be failures while initilizing the card. Set the vendor specific register to its reset value to make sure the register is in its reset state. Change-Id: I93219c1d063181662c21d3614fca422226be4526
