msm_shared: dwc: updates usb30 driver for target specific changes Phy reset and mux configure logic is different for each SoC that is integrating the dwc core. This change makes changes to dwc to accomodate those target specific differences. Change-Id: Iafeafd629c85d05594bd089a7d5723261a70946d
