platform: msm_shared: Bypass the start LBA checking for secondary gpt The start LBA is different for primary and secondary partitions, while parsing the secondary gpt header, should not check for start LBA. Change-Id: I6ec743ed020d20fd796b0613b28fa17e7fe7f52d
