target: FP2: Check KPDPWR_N bit during charger mode check. Adapted from commit a8711dc8 to target FP2 instead of msm8226. From a cold boot if you plug in usb and press the power key at the same time we will now boot into normal mode. Earlier this condition would have put us in the charger mode.
