target: msm8916: avoid display related PMIC LDO configuration for 8916 The PMIC regulators needed for display are enabled in the SBL now. There is no access to these LDOs in LK. Hence, avoid the enable and disable operations of these LDOs. Change-Id: I3b7f84d553238ea0370d21fe17b6863048bbc031
