dev: panel: pass in DSI configuration on nt35590 cmd panel Pass in DSI configuration for the 720p nt35590 command mode panel. Before, the DSI configuration was hard-coded in the generic DSI configuration function. Change-Id: I9a82e6e046480dc2cbc82de6259f7ab641328c71
