target: msm8952: update the DSI h/w configuration for DSC panels For NT35597 video/command mode DSC panels, the DSI h/w configuration is not being passed to kernel via command line argument. This causes the default configuration (split DSI) to be picked up in kernel causing issues during boot up of DSC panels due to mismatch in configuration.
