dev: gcdb: Initialize the flag to indicate use of panel enable gpio Initialize the panel info structure flag that is used to indicate that the panel enable gpio needs to be configured for the corresponding panel. This is needed to selectively support panels that use the enable gpio on a particular platform. Change-Id: Iec46dac5baac263bf07190d5613d49ffef7a33e9
