[msm7627] Reduce size of cache partition, increase system
cache partition is used during nand firmware image upgrade process
to share update images between recovery and bootloader. Reducing
size of this partition down to free up more space for 'userdata'
partition. One will have to increase this partition size back up again
if modem firmware image upgrade is to be supported on this target.
Increase system partition to make it consistent with other nand
based targets and to account for some code size increase.
