[keypad/msm7630]: Fix the bootup issue while trying to do soft reset using Jtag During soft reset using Jtag, the device goes into fastboot mode. The key scanner is detecting all the keys in a particular row as pressed. The fix filters this condition where the key scanner reports that all keys in the row are pressed at the same time.
