dev: gcdb: display: fix number of panel OFF commands for truly wuxga panel Fix the number of panel OFF commands for truly wuxga panel to one instead of two, otherwise device might crash if we send panel OFF commands in case where continuous splash is disabled in LK with this panel configured.
