app: aboot: Do not write protect devinfo for OTA Devinfo partition is updated during OTA with version numbers of bootloader and radio images. Do not write protect devinfo during when entering recovery mode. Change-Id: Ia08ddcb393b9acf98272aaba3578b8459d3c5890
