target: msm8610: Add GPIO value translation for reset sequence 8610 target uses different GPIO API to enable/disable the GPIO compared to 8x26/8974. 8610 target has to translate the GPIO HIGH and LOW value from other target and needs to set the correct value in its API. That will allow the target to use any 8x26/8974 panel. Change-Id: I19949a8f80d96246e693cfb85971980ae0c44f0d
