platform: usb: Configure AHB2 phy wait states Before updating the phy registers the abh2 phy wait state register should be updated to 0x11 i.e one wait state otherwise write to USB phy reigsters may not complete. Change-Id: I90798e9300daf75bd522b9706f013a596eb81759
