[target/(msm7627/qsd8250)]: Update to splash and persist partitions. 1. The splash image is in the form of an array. The splash partition present in the ptable is not needed anymore. 2. Interchange the foreground and background color for splash screen display. 3. Fix the persist partition size. Use integer values for the persist partition size.
