dev: pmic: Fix the reset sequence for all pmics The usage of gobal id for resetting all pmics do not hold good anymore, change the reset sequence to configure ps hold for pm8994, pmi8994 and then drop the ps hold to ensure reset of all pmics. Change-Id: I5df4dc81b677d7524280d874f5925d2337321e25
