platform: msm_shared: Update the SuperSpeed max packet size As per the SS specs the max packet size for SS is 1024 Bytes. some of the hosts treat the end point config as invalid if bulk packet size from the device is advertised as < 1024 bytes. Update the end point descriptors with 1024 bytes as max packet size when the connect done event is received with SS speed mode. Change-Id: If35692f598e57d4eb349cb69293e7bb185126137
