platform: msm_shared: Enable hs200/ddr mode only for mmc card The implementation which enables DDR mode/HS200 mode/8 bit bus mode are only applicable for emmc card. Calling set bus width for sd card might have unexpected issues. Change-Id: I8890e1b57e84eee427cc9fd0088b6f71b719df82
