platform: msm_shared: Compile UFS Drivers only when ENABLE_UFS_SUPPORT is 1 By default UFS drivers are included in all builds for UFS supported targets. This behavior may not be desirable on configurations that only support EMMC and those configurations may want to disable the UFS drivers to reduce memory footprint of lk binary.
