[target/msm7630]: Add new Mach ids for SVLTE devices New hardware platform type is provided in the Shared memory of the SVLTE device. At present, we only support FFA varients of these devices. Add code to read the new hardware platform and provide the new Mach ID to the kernel. Change-Id: Ic129543e8ef651f649bd3382682b5c2d66f8a044
