dev: qpnp_led: support turning on LEDs Adding support for turning on LEDs. Will be used as a boot indication for supported devices. The LED will be turned-on in bootloader and be turned-off when HLOS display takes over. Change-Id: Icb034c8e821c52bc89b9d5045f24667696145b05
