msm8960: Reduce kernel memory to account for the increased TZ Apps size. With the new memory map, TZ apps size is increased from 1MB to 2MB. This eats into the top 1MB portion which was previously allocated to linux kernel. Change-Id: Ia5d0a1f2239df7fd46cadae57527acc03b4e1eba CRs-Fixed: 345364
