dev: panel: change truly WVGA panel to use LDO mode On 8x10, it was using DCDC mode, which requires a indcutor on the board. To save cost, the inductor will be removed. And it will use LDO mode. Change-Id: If5101a37f63b067e41887f68cadeb282eab3537b
