platform: msm_shared: use DSI LDO mode on 8x10 On 8x10, to save the extra cost, the inductor for DSI PHY on the board will be removed. The inductor is used for DSI DCDC mode. This is to switch to LDO mode. Change-Id: I42933efe52bcabaaa71ed479805b06d3138c82b0
