app: aboot: Load and authenticate boot.img, in recovery for a/b support. For a/b devices, the recovery image code is on the boot partition. This change ensures boot.img is loaded and authenticated when booted for locked device into recovery. Change-Id: I7a33c15f7a53149348c68ad55a5f4fdfffb39b10
