target: msm8952: add support to enable DSI PLL for msm8956 msm8956 has a different DSI PLL enable sequence as compared to msm8952. Add support to enable DSI PLL for msm8956. Change-Id: Ieef13eb9372b10323b113de3d94cee4770171c83
