app: rpmbtests: Fix the rpmb frame as per spec Use byte data type to represent rpmb frame variables to make it exactly same as in the specs, this requires changes in the test where the frames are filled. Change-Id: I848f4fb14287ec7920dce378c7d3c5baee0ec265
