target: msm8916: enable DCDC as DSI PHY regulator mode for msm8939 v3.0 on msm8939 v3.0, the DSI PHY regulator supports both LDO and DCDC modes. Enable DCDC mode as the default for DSI PHY regulator for this chipset version. Change-Id: I6992fe09cc46938ef8580b2c8acb9a5b1d642fcf
