Revert "msm8960: apq8064: Configure all memory as strongly ordered." This reverts commit 11c3578c18850f10eb1c833ac41910d8aff6832a. The cache problem was because of unstable sbls. The problem is not reproducible with latest boot loaders. Change-Id: Iabf06b1d32717480734e0d790407f469fcd61903
