target: msm8952: add support for enable DSI1 PLL for msm8956 For msm8956, DSI1 PLL needs to be enabled for split DSI use cases since the root for DSI1 RCG clocks is hardcoded to DSI1 PLL in GCC. Add support for this. Change-Id: Ie14680457d39d2c1d667ee0bc1cd2f0f2ffb05ac
