platform: msm8996: Update the mmu table based on v5 memory map memory region for PIL has increased for v5 memory maps, so move the address used by LK out of PIL region. Add read only access flag and mark the memory that gets mapped during download mode to be read only. Change-Id: Icbbf953506907a1e1b7c03cc6964c9bff2fa4dbc
