msm7627a: Change interrupt handling routines based on VIC/GIC Add support to configure interrupt routines to gic/vic at runtime based on whether target supports gic/vic. This is required for single binary image support. Change-Id: Ibd0940ea29ce674ede17c120b637055fc7e0152d
