copper: Add changes for end to end bootchain

1. Wait for non secure interrupts for Qtimers.
2. Disable qtimer before jumping to kernel.
3. Change the addresses to match the new memory map.
4. Add more addresses for iomap.
5. Read SDRAM info from smem.
