platform: msm8996: set hdmi pll as external pixel clock source Set hdmi pll as the source of the external pixel clock so that it is driven at the correct rate, according to pll calculations done for hdmi. Change-Id: Ic316292aa5e194f4c7971f8dfd563f425027476b
