platform: msm_shared: Wait for all keys released before key press detection For key's press detection initialization, it need to wait for all the keys to be released. For example, when device is booting up by holding volume key + power key, the current key pressed is not for the UI action key detected. Change-Id: I10bd260c082825e5b5ebfe2f6fc9e59cff5a7d35
