mdm9625: Add support to wrap last nand partition length. The nand partition length for the last partition is passed in by sbl as 0xFFFFFFFF. Abl needs to round off this number to the actual end of nand. Change-Id: I01256d4fde3d6521eaa6a04e73a8ddb3a5f0e059
