platforms: added TZ_SAVE_KERNEL_HASH build flag to msm8916 This commit allows to save the boot.img hash in the TZ. This feature is mandatory for QTI enterprise-security system. Change-Id: Ie4b44c8c2edd9985d597200437769e6e58fdcec2
