msm7627a: Pass complete memory given by NONHLOS to kernel via atags NON-HLOS passes correct RAM partition table, so remove fixes added to correct partition table and pass the complete memory to kernel Change-Id: I63c37a751e98a812871acc9355e3781046f4cea4
