msm7630: Do not initialize LCDC for MDDI devices By default LCDC splash screen support is enabled for 7x30 targets. 7x30 FFAs have MDDI display, due to this display issues are seen on MDDI devices during bootup.This fix avoids LCDC initialization for MDDI devices.
