msm8960: Add missing memory map to atags As per the memory map of fusion3 target address range from 0x8EC00000 to 0x8F000000 is for HLOS. Update the atags to reflect this address. CRs-Fixed: 387272 Change-Id: I93e4456772af299606a38e10e28dbabbd0450a25
