target: MSM8974: Support GCDB for MSM8974 target This change enables GCDB support for MSM8974 target. It also calls the auto PLL API to calculate the pixel clock, VCO clock, and byte clock. Change-Id: Ibd76f02f0fc022754ea7b45a1bc39219a8060ad9
