platform: msm_shared: Update MDP5 for msm8952 support msm8952 supports MDSS 1.12 version. This change updates MDP5 with the new MDSS_MDP version checks and adds display files for compilation. Change-Id: I7e22ad7ffd588f55c659af6d32db99bc3899d618
